  • Questions or concerns your child raised, using their words carefully

  • Receipt or invoice
  • Amount, date, and purpose
  • Who paid and whether reimbursement was requested
  • Court order, parenting plan, and later modifications kept together

Weekly review

  • Back up records somewhere secure
  • Remove emotional commentary from factual entries
  • Flag deadlines and required follow-up
