Fathers For Fair Custody is an educational and advocacy website. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use this site and how it is handled.
Information you choose to provide
If you join the newsletter, you may provide your name and email address. We process and store newsletter subscriptions in our own managed system and use an email-delivery provider only to transmit messages. New subscriptions require email confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.
If you make a donation, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. Fathers For Fair Custody does not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
On the production domain, Google Analytics may collect limited usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source only after you choose to allow optional analytics. Analytics is disabled on local and preview versions of the site. Standard server logs may also record an IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time for security and reliability.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies after you allow analytics. Stripe and our email-delivery provider may use similar technology when their services are loaded. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies. You can decline analytics when first asked or reopen Privacy settings in the footer at any time. The site and checklist remain available when analytics is declined.
